1 General Terms
By accessing or using the gt55 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gt55 platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, promotions, and any features of the gt55 platform.
gt55 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy to ensure the highest level of security for its members.
1.2 Language & Interpretation
These Terms have been drafted in Bengali. In the event of any conflict in translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final. If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation of a term, the interpretation given by gt55 shall be considered final.
1.3 Changes to Terms
gt55 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and the effective date will be updated. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
2 Eligibility & Registration
gt55 is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening or using an account on this platform.
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account at gt55, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You are opening an account of your own free will and without any external pressure.
- You do not already have an active account at gt55 in your name.
- You are not included on any self-exclusion list.
- Online gaming is not illegal or prohibited in the region where you are located.
2.2 Information Provided at Registration
The information you provide at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation, and any deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited. If any of your details change, notify gt55 Support immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
gt55 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
3 Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted only one account at gt55. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances and bonuses present may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, please inform Support in advance.
3.3 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. gt55 also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at gt55 is ৳300. Deposits can be made using the following payment methods:
- bKash — Mobile Banking
- Nagad — Mobile Banking
- Rocket — Mobile Banking
- Upay — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. After each deposit transaction is completed, it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals from gt55:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Important: gt55 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. gt55 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial transactions.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at gt55 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000.
The bonus is applicable only once per account. Any promotional offer must be used within the specified time limit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
- The original deposit amount may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the set time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program
gt55's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
You can move up to a higher tier by playing regularly. VIP benefits may be changed at the discretion of gt55.
If bonus benefits are misused or bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operation Policy
All games on gt55 are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. Game outcomes are not predetermined in any way, and each bet is determined completely independently.
6.2 Technical Errors & Disconnections
If an internet disconnection occurs during a game or a technical error arises, the result of that particular round will be determined according to gt55's server records. The server record will be considered final. In the event of a technical error, the bet may be voided and funds may be returned.
6.3 Betting Currency
All transactions at gt55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted directly. All amounts will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka.
7 Prohibited Activities
7.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt55 platform:
- Opening an account by providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to access another person's account or hacking.
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
- Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonus or promotional benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
- Fraud, cheating, or misconduct against other members.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
7.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the prohibited activities described above are detected, gt55 reserves the right to take the following actions immediately:
- Temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the account.
- Forfeit all bonuses and related winnings in the account.
- Notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
- Take legal action.
8 Responsible Gaming
gt55 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming should be for entertainment purposes — not as a way to solve financial problems.
8.1 Self-Protection Tools
gt55 provides the following features to help members play responsibly:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
- Bet Limits: Set the maximum amount you want to wager in a single session.
- Break Feature: Temporarily close your account for a set period of time.

8.2 Protection of Minors

The gt55 platform displays content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and Spribe. Ownership of this content belongs to the respective organizations, which hold their own trademarks and copyrights.
11 Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Guarantee
gt55 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, server issues, or unforeseen circumstances. gt55 is not obligated to provide any compensation for such disruptions.
11.2 Limitation of Damages
gt55 is not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, or any indirect damages related to gaming incurred by a member. Gaming inherently carries financial risk and members play entirely at their own responsibility.

12.1 Notice of Amendment to Terms
For significant changes, gt55 will endeavor to notify members as far in advance as possible — however this is not an obligation. The latest terms will always be available on this page. It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly.
12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect. Any delay or failure by gt55 to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
